About the Game
Explore the HeusMt2 world: three kingdoms, four classes, guild battles, free player trade and a 1-99 medium-rate journey, from the server's own settings.
HeusMt2 is a free MMORPG set in a world with a Far Eastern feel: a classic 1-99 Metin2 experience. You pick one of three kingdoms and set out with one of four classes on a journey through levels 1-99. Every point below is taken from this server's own settings, not from a general description of Metin2.
Rates and Progress
| Level range | 1-99 |
|---|---|
| Experience (EXP) | ×1.5 |
| Yang drops | ×1.5 |
| Item drop chance | ×1, classic, no multiplier |
| Channels | 4 channels; switch from inside the game |
| Stamina | Off: your character does not get tired |
This is the balance we call "medium rate": experience and Yang come a little faster, while item drops are left untouched. Levelling takes a reasonable amount of time, but good items still keep their value. What does medium rate mean?
Combat and PvP
- You are protected until level 15. Characters below this level are automatically put in protection mode: they can neither attack nor be attacked. New players are not hunted.
- What do you lose when you die? If another player kills you, nothing: no experience, no items, no Yang. If a monster kills you, there is still no penalty below level 10; above that the loss is limited and does not apply on every death.
- You do not have to wait at the grave. Coming back to life on the spot where you died costs 500,000 Yang; if you do not want to pay, you use the normal revive.
- Guild Battles. Two guilds can declare a battle; all a guild needs for this is at least 5 members. Guild level goes up to 20.
Economy and Trade
- Player trade is left alone. Two players stand side by side and swap items and Yang with mutual confirmation; the market sets the price.
- The offline bazaar is open. Your character sets up a stall and sells even while you are offline; buyers find the goods with the search system.
- Item upgrades are classic. Items are upgraded from +0 to +9; the chance of success drops as the step goes up.
For Beginners
- A starter kit as a gift. Once only, between levels 1 and 5, you get equipment suited to your class, HP and mana potions and timed combat boosts. You need free space in your inventory.
- The quest chain carries you. In the first levels the city guard (Şehir Bekçisi) and the village guard (Köy Gardiyanı) guide you in turn; you do not have to go looking for what to do.
- A rented horse at level 11, your own horse at level 25. From level 11 you can rent a horse for 10 minutes from the Stable Boy (Seyis) in exchange for a Riding Permit (Binicilik izni); you cannot attack on this horse, it only gets you around. Your own horse comes at level 25 and is permanent, and it cuts walking time considerably. For details see the How to Start page.
The World
Metin Stones rise across the continent; monsters gather around them, and when a stone is broken it gives its reward. Every kingdom has its own starting areas and valleys; as you progress, higher-level areas such as the desert and the snowy mountain open up. Guilds found their own villages.
For details on the regions and where to go at which level, see the First Login guide.
