Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion of your HeusMt2 account: identity check, how long it takes, which data is deleted and what must be kept by law.

To delete your account, send a message from your registered email address to iletisim@heusmt2.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. Write your username; do not send your password or your character deletion code.

We send a confirmation question to your registered address. The confirmation reply from that address is used to verify ownership. If you cannot access your registered address, report the situation through the support channel; an identity verification route is considered separately.

The request is processed within 30 days at the latest. Account and character data are deleted or anonymised. The records below are kept even after the account is deleted, until the period shown next to them ends, and are deleted when it ends:

  • Sanction (ban) records: for as long as the sanction lasts and for 2 years after it ends.
  • Shop transaction records: 10 years from the transaction date (proof of purchase).
  • Consent proof record: 3 years after the account is deleted.
  • Support requests and correspondence: 1 year after the request is closed; if a legal dispute is ongoing, they are kept until the dispute is resolved.
  • In-game event and security records: 90 days from the date they are recorded; in-game chat logs for at most 90 days.
  • Yang transaction ledger (no IP): kept live for 12 months, then moved to a monthly archive; deleted, archive included, 2 years after the transaction date (within 1 month at the latest, because it is archived monthly).
  • Guild storage movements (no IP): deleted 2 years after the transaction date (not archived).

All retention periods are listed in the table on the KVKK page. The scope of the deletion and the records that are kept are reported to you when the request is concluded.

There is no refund of balances. When the account is deleted, the EP (Ejderha Parası), Marka and all other balances on the account, and items not yet collected (including those waiting in the Item Shop Storeroom (Nesne Market Deposu)), are deleted as well; no refund is given for them.

Deletion cannot be undone. The in-game character deletion code is only for deleting a character; it does not mean the account is deleted. Deleted records may remain in backup copies for some time: backup copies are rotated regularly over roughly 14 days; if a backup run fails, the most recent sound copy may be kept longer for recovery. This page makes no commitment to verify deletion from backups taken separately.
