Game Rules and Sanctions
HeusMt2 game rules: cheating, abuse and advertising, the three-tier sanction table and how to appeal a sanction, all on one page.
Players and the team are subject to the same rules. For the binding agreement, see the Terms of Use page.
1. Buying and Selling for Real Money
1. The team does not get involved in, does not act as an intermediary in and is not a party to the buying and selling of items, Yang or accounts between players outside the game for real money ($, £, €, Paysafe, PayPal, Bitcoin, etc.). These transactions are entirely at the parties' own risk: in case of fraud, loss of an account or a reset, no support or compensation is given.
2. HeusMt2 has no partnership with any seller, site or intermediary. Anyone who says they sell on our behalf is a fraudster. The team does not recognise account transfers: an account is deemed to belong to the owner of the registered email address.
3. Advertising sales for real money (spam) in the game and on our channels is forbidden and is penalised.

2. Swearing, Insults and Toxic Behaviour
1. Swearing, spreading lies, hate speech, rebellion, racism and verbal harassment are forbidden; each case is penalised according to its severity.
3. Private / Real-Life Information
1. Exposing information about the private lives of team members or players is absolutely unacceptable.
4. Bugs and Exploiting System Holes
1. When you come across a bug, report it without delay to iletisim@heusmt2.com, the contact address on the support page.
Using bugs that break how the game works, or profiting from them, is penalised.
Trying to disable systems in order to gain an advantage is penalised in the same way.
5. Third-Party Software
1. Third-party software means files and programs that are not part of our server (cheats, bots, illegal programs). Using them or benefiting from them is penalised; everyone is expected to play fair.
2. Using macros is allowed as long as it does not create an unfair advantage over players who are actively playing at their computer.
(Our team reserves the right to penalise players who use macros to an unacceptable degree.)
6. Third-Party Advertising
1. Advertising other servers by any means is forbidden and is penalised.
7. Account Security
1. Every player is responsible for their own account and in-game items.
For this reason, the team cannot guarantee that it will be able to help a player who trusted a friend or partner and lost their items.
8. Player Complaints
1. If you file a complaint with a screenshot or a video, the server name and the server time must be readable in the image.
If these two pieces of information are not visible, the material you send does not count as evidence.
9. Staff Instructions
1. Following the instructions given by authorised team members is mandatory.
If you do not follow them, you may be penalised.
You are also expected to treat both team members and other players with respect.
10. Inappropriate User Names
1. Inappropriate names may not be used for characters, mounts, pets, shops and guilds!
11. VPN / Proxy Use
1. Trying to gain an advantage over other players through a VPN or proxy is forbidden!
12. Right to Change the Rules
1. The team reserves the right to update the rules or extend their scope without prior notice.
13. Multi-Farm Limit
1. Trying to get around the multi-farm limit by using a virtual machine or a second computer is forbidden.
Sanction tiers for conduct violations
The tiers below apply to chat and to behaviour directed at players. Cheating, bots, exploiting holes and other fair-play violations are assessed separately, according to the severity of the incident and the evidence. Detection methods are not published.

Chat bans, temporary or permanent login bans, account-level trade bans and, where necessary, the reversal of in-game assets may be applied. A trade ban affects exchanges, the bazaar and other ways of trading. Repeat offences are assessed by the team; no automatic case count is promised.
Appeal
You can appeal a sanction decision at iletisim@heusmt2.com, stating your character name and the date of the incident. Do not send your password or character deletion code. The team is subject to the same rules.
