HeusMt2: Getting Started
Getting started on HeusMt2: create your free account and wait for the new client's release. The game is not yet open to players; first-hour tips are here.
1. Sign up
If you have not signed up for the free fantasy MMORPG HeusMt2 yet, open the sign-up page (heusmt2.com/en/register), enter a username, an email address and a password and accept the terms of use, and your account is created instantly. The game is not yet open to players.
2. Wait for the client
A new client is in development: Windows first, then Android and iOS. All of them will connect to the same server with the same account. The client has not been released yet; the installation steps and hardware requirements will be on the download page on release day. Do not download files from other sources as the HeusMt2 client.
3. Enter the world
When you log in to the game, you will choose a channel. Then you will choose one of the three kingdoms and create a character.
4. What should you do in your first hours?
Choosing a kingdom: Shinsoo, Chunjo or Jinno. All three are balanced; choosing the one your friends are in is the most fun. Choosing a class: Warrior, Ninja, Sura and Shaman each offer a different way to play; for a first character the Warrior is the most forgiving class. First quests: the quest chain in the village guides you step by step; at early levels quest experience is faster than grinding.
Tips: Do not sell the items in your inventory too early, set up your first shop; by switching channels (CH1-CH4) you can avoid crowded grinding spots; for the stages of the level 1-99 journey, have a look at the medium-rate guide.
