Character Creation Guide
The four steps of creating a character on HeusMt2: channel, kingdom, class and name. Which choice is permanent and which can change later.
Once your account is open, getting into the game takes four steps. Below you will find exactly what you choose at each step and whether that choice can be changed later: the real question most guides skip.
-
Choose a channel
HeusMt2 is a single game world; it contains 4 channels (CH1–CH4). The channels are copies of the same world: your character, your items and your guild are the same on all of them. To hunt comfortably in a crowded area, you can switch channels from inside the game at any time.
So the decision you make here is not permanent: there is no such thing as entering the wrong channel.
-
Choose your kingdom
There are three kingdoms: Shinsoo, Chunjo and Jinno. The kingdom you choose lets you enter the game in your own starting area and decides which side you are on in open PvP and Guild Battles. (There is no separate “kingdom war” system; the rivalry between kingdoms is lived through open PvP and Guild Battles.)
This choice applies to your whole account. All the characters you create on the same account are in the same kingdom; it is not chosen separately for each character. If you are going to play together with friends, make sure you all choose the same kingdom: changing it later takes a separate account.
-
Choose your class and look
There are four classes: Warrior, Ninja, Sura and Shaman. The class decides how your character behaves in battle and cannot be changed later: this is the most permanent decision on the creation screen. After choosing your class, you pick one of two looks.
If you are not sure which class suits you: the class page describes the melee, ranged and support roles of each one. Since your account has five character slots, you can try more than one.
-
Give your name and enter the game
Give your character a name and create it, then start playing. Your name is visible to everyone in the game; once the rankings open, this name also appears on the rankings page.
Character Deletion Code
The 7-character deletion code you set when you signed up is asked for in the game when you delete a character. It is a second lock that stops someone who knows your password from deleting your characters; choose something different from your password and do not share it with anyone. You can update your deletion code on the account details page.
